TA HF SSB Contest: Türkiye's First HF Competition Begins!

The TA HF SSB Contest, Türkiye's first HF competition and eagerly awaited by amateur radio operators, is being held for the first time this year. This event, a significant step in the world of amateur radio, will bring together all participants who want to showcase their talents on the high frequency (HF) bands.

The competition will begin at 00:00 UTC on Saturday, August 23, 2025, and will continue non-stop for 24 hours. Participants will compete to establish connections with stations in SSB (Single Sideband) mode on the 160, 80, 40, 20, 15, and 10 meter bands.

This competition offers a unique opportunity for both experienced amateur radio operators and those new to the field. The TA HF SSB Contest aims to strengthen the amateur radio community in Türkiye and improve technical knowledge and communication skills.
